仕事人カメラ プライバシーポリシー

仕事人カメラ（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の情報を大切に扱います。このページでは、本アプリがどの情報を使い、どこに保存し、どこへ送るかを説明します。

1. 開発者が集める情報
- 本アプリにはアカウント登録・ログインがありません。氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスの登録を求めることはありません。
- 開発者のサーバーへ、利用者の写真・記録・位置などを送ることはありません。
- 利用状況の解析・広告・追跡の仕組みは入っていません。
2. 本アプリが使う情報と、その目的
- カメラ：写真・動画を撮るため、提出カメラで黒板つきの写真を撮るため、ルームライダーで部屋を測るため（LiDAR）。
- マイク：動画の音を録るため、ルームライダーで寸法を声で入れるため。
- 音声認識（Apple）：ルームライダーで話した寸法を文字にするため。
- 写真ライブラリ：撮った写真・動画を写真アプリに保存するため（保存は追加だけで、ほかの写真は読みません）。提出カメラの小さな写真の × は、一覧から外すだけで、写真アプリの写真は消しません。トップ画面の背景に写真を選んだときは、選んだ 1 枚だけを読み、小さくした写しを本アプリの中に置きます。「写真を選んで送る」で選んだ写真は、選んだ物だけを読みます。提出写真を選んで「写真アプリでリンクを作る」を押したときは、その写真を写真アプリに入れます。
- 位置情報：仕事人アプリが無いときは取りません。iPhone が許可を聞くこともありません。同じ iPhone に仕事人アプリがあるときだけ、カメラ・提出カメラ・ルームライダーを開いたときと、撮った写真・測った部屋を残すときに場所を取り、仕事人アプリへ渡す控えに付けます（データアルバムを住所ごとにまとめるため）
- コピーされた文字：「ペースト」のボタンを押したときだけ、写真のリンクを読みます。
- 利用者が書く内容：提出カメラの黒板（現場名・作業内容・住所・担当者・施工者など）、会社名、部屋の名前・メモ、送るときに添える文・差出人の名前
- どの許可も、許可しなくても、その機能以外は使えます。
3. 保存する場所
- 「カメラ」の写真・動画：この iPhone の写真アプリ。同じ iPhone に仕事人アプリがあるときは、写真を仕事人アプリのデータアルバムにも渡します（動画は渡しません）。
- 提出カメラの写真：仕事人アプリが無いときは、写真アプリに黒板の無い写真を入れ、黒板つきの写真と黒板の中身を本アプリの中の一覧に 30 枚まで残します。31 枚目からは写真アプリにだけ入れます。同じ iPhone に仕事人アプリがあるときは、仕事人アプリのデータアルバムに渡し（同じ iPhone の中の、2 つのアプリで共有する場所を通して渡します）、本アプリの中の一覧にも（枚数の制限なく）残します。アルバムから取り込んだ写真は、撮影日だけを読み取り、見えない位置の記録を付けずに本アプリの中の一覧に入れます（写真アプリの写真は変えません）。
- ルームライダーの部屋：本アプリの中。同じ iPhone に仕事人アプリがあるときは、仕事人アプリと共有する場所に置き、仕事人アプリでも開けます（仕事人アプリの設定によっては、ご自身の iCloud で同じ Apple ID の端末とそろいます）。
- 「PDF のリンクを作る」を押したときの PDF：ご自身の iCloud の、本アプリの場所（開発者には届きません）。ご自身の iCloud の容量を使います。
- 黒板の中身・会社名・背景の写真・設定：本アプリの中。
- 「写真を選んで送る」の箱の写真（100 枚まで）、添える文、差出人の名前：本アプリの中。箱の写真は、選んだ写真を小さくして作り直した写しです。
- iPhone 本体のバックアップ（iCloud バックアップ・パソコン）には、本アプリのデータも含まれます。
4. 本アプリの外へ送られる情報
- 次の機能を使ったとき、それぞれの相手へ送られます。開発者には届きません。
- Apple：位置（緯度・経度）を住所に直すとき（同じ iPhone に仕事人アプリがあるときだけ）。
- Apple の音声認識：ルームライダーで声で入力したときの音声（Apple のサーバーで処理されることがあります）。
- 利用者が選んで送ったとき：提出カメラの一覧から作った提出用 PDF や写真（黒板つき・黒板なしを選べます。黒板の中身・撮影日時。撮った場所の見えない記録は入れません。黒板に字で書いた住所はそのまま写ります）。「部屋を送る」で AirDrop・LINE・メールなどへ送ったファイル（.shigotoroom）には、部屋の形・寸法・図・名前・メモ・足した書類が入ります。測った場所・住所は入れません。送った先では、そのアプリやサービスの決まりに従って扱われます。
- ご自身の iCloud（Apple）：「PDF のリンクを作る」を押したときの PDF と、「写真アプリでリンクを作る」の流れで写真アプリから作ったリンクの写真。リンクを知っている人は誰でも見られます。 見られる期限は Apple が決めます。リンクをショートメールなどで送る相手は、ご自身で選びます。
- 通信するとき、相手には IP アドレスや端末の種類など、一般的な情報が届きます。
5. 位置情報の扱い
- 仕事人アプリが無いときは、位置を取りません。仕事人アプリがあるときも、アプリを使っている間だけ、開いたときと、撮った写真・測った部屋を残すときに、その場で 1 回取って止めます。バックグラウンドで位置を追いかけることはありません
- 写真アプリに入れる写真には、位置を書きません。
- ただし、黒板に文字として書いた住所は、写真にそのまま写ります。
6. 情報を消すには
- 写真アプリに入れた写真・動画は、写真アプリで消せます。
- 黒板に書いた中身は、「黒板を書く」の「書いた中身を消す」で消せます。提出カメラの一覧の写真は、写真ごとに「この写真を一覧から外す」で消せます。
- 「写真を選んで送る」の箱の写真は、× または「全部出す」で消せます。
- アプリを削除すると、本アプリの中のデータは消えます（写真アプリの写真と、仕事人アプリへ渡した物は残ります）。
- iCloud に置いた PDF は、リンクの期限が過ぎたあと、次にリンクを作るときに片付けます。アプリを削除しても iCloud に残ることがあるので、iPhone の iCloud の設定の容量の管理から消してください。写真アプリで作ったリンクの扱いは、写真アプリの設定に従います。
7. このポリシーの変更
- 内容を変えるときは、本アプリとこのページでお知らせします。

- 利用者が書く内容：提出カメラの黒板（現場名・作業内容・住所・担当者・施工者など）、会社名、送るときに添える文・差出人の名前。
- どの許可も、許可しなくても、その機能以外は使えます。

- 「カメラ」の写真・動画：端末の写真（ギャラリー）の「仕事人カメラ」。同じ端末に仕事人アプリがあるときは、写真を仕事人アプリのデータアルバムにも渡します（動画は渡しません）。
- 提出カメラの写真：仕事人アプリが無いときは、ギャラリーに黒板の無い写真を入れ、写真と黒板の中身を本アプリの中の一覧に 30 枚まで残します。31 枚目からはギャラリーにだけ入れます。同じ端末に仕事人アプリがあるときは、仕事人アプリのデータアルバムに渡し、本アプリの中の一覧にも（枚数の制限なく）残します。アルバムから取り込んだ写真は、撮影日だけを読み取り、見えない位置の記録を付けずに本アプリの中の一覧に入れます（端末の写真は変えません）。
- 「写真を選んで送る」の箱の写真（100 枚まで）、添える文、差出人の名前：本アプリの中。箱の写真は、選んだ写真を小さくして作り直した写しです。
- 黒板の中身・会社名・設定：本アプリの中。
- 受け取った部屋（平面図・寸法・直した所・部屋の名前とメモ）：本アプリの中に 1 つだけ。新しい部屋を入れると、前の部屋は消えます。
- 端末のバックアップ（Google のバックアップなど）に、本アプリのデータが含まれることがあります。
4. 本アプリの外へ送られる情報
- 次の機能を使ったとき、それぞれの相手へ送られます。開発者には届きません。
- 端末の位置の仕組み（Google など）：位置（緯度・経度）を住所に直すとき（同じ端末に仕事人アプリがあるときだけ）。
- 利用者が選んで送ったとき：提出用 PDF や写真（黒板つき・黒板なしを選べます。黒板の中身・撮影日時。撮った場所の見えない記録は入れません。黒板に字で書いた住所はそのまま写ります）と、添える文。選んだ相手・アプリへ届きます。
- 利用者が「部屋データを送る」・冊子の PDF を送ったとき：部屋のファイル（平面図・寸法・部屋の名前とメモ）や PDF が、選んだ相手・アプリへ届きます。
- 写真のリンク：Google フォトなど、利用者が選んだ写真のアプリで作ります。リンクを知っている人は誰でも見られます。見られる期限や消し方は、そのアプリの決まりに従います。
5. 位置情報の扱い
- 仕事人アプリが無いときは、位置を取りません。仕事人アプリがあるときも、アプリを使っている間だけ、開いたときと、撮った写真を残すときに、その場で 1 回取って止めます。バックグラウンドで位置を追いかけることはありません。
- ギャラリーに入れる写真には、位置を書きません。
- ただし、黒板に文字として書いた住所は、写真にそのまま写ります。

Shigotonin Camera Privacy Policy

Shigotonin Camera ("the App") handles your information with care. This page explains what information the App uses, where it is stored, and where it is sent.
1. Information the developer collects
- The App has no account registration or sign-in. It never asks you to register your name, address, phone number, or email address.
- The App never sends your photos, records, location, or other data to the developer's servers.
- The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking.
2. Information the App uses, and why
- Camera: to take photos and videos, to take photos with a board in the Submission camera, and to measure rooms with Room LiDAR (LiDAR).
- Microphone: to record sound in videos, and to enter dimensions by voice in Room LiDAR.
- Speech recognition (Apple): to turn dimensions you speak in Room LiDAR into text.
- Photo library: to save the photos and videos you take to the Photos app (add only; the App does not read your other photos). Tapping × on a small photo in the Submission camera only removes it from the list; the photo stays in the Photos app. When you choose a photo for the top screen background, the App reads only that one photo and keeps a smaller copy inside the App. In “Choose photos to send”, the App reads only the photos you choose. When you choose submission photos and tap “Create a link in Photos”, those photos are added to the Photos app.
- Location: when Shigotonin App is not installed, location is not used and your iPhone will not ask for permission. Only when Shigotonin App is on the same iPhone, the App gets the place when you open Camera, Submission camera, or Room LiDAR and when a photo or room is saved, and attaches it to the copy handed to Shigotonin App (to group its Data Album by address)
- Copied text: the App reads a photo link only when you press the Paste button.
- What you write: the Submission camera board (site name, work, address, person in charge, contractor, etc.), your company name, room names and notes, and the message and sender name you add when sending
- You can decline any permission and still use everything except that feature.
3. Where information is stored
- Camera photos and videos: this iPhone's Photos app. When Shigotonin App is on the same iPhone, photos are also handed to its Data Album (videos are not).
- Submission camera photos: when Shigotonin App is not installed, a photo without the board goes to the Photos app, and up to 30 photos with the board and its contents are kept in a list inside the App. When it is on the same iPhone, they go to Shigotonin App's Data Album (handed over through a storage area shared by the two apps on the same iPhone), and they are also kept in the list inside the App (no limit).
- Room LiDAR rooms: inside the App. When Shigotonin App is on the same iPhone, they are kept in the shared storage area and can also be opened in Shigotonin App (depending on its settings, they may be synced with your other devices on the same Apple ID through your own iCloud).
- A PDF made with “Create a PDF link”: the App’s area in your own iCloud (it does not reach the developer). It uses your iCloud storage.
- Board contents, company name, background photo, and settings: inside the App.
- Photos in the “Choose photos to send” box (up to 100), the message, and the sender name: inside the App. Box photos are resized copies of the photos you choose.
- Your iPhone's own backups (iCloud Backup or a computer) also include the App's data.
4. Information sent outside the App
- When you use the following features, information is sent to the parties below. Nothing reaches the developer.
- Apple: when turning a location (latitude and longitude) into an address (only when Shigotonin App is on the same iPhone).
- Apple speech recognition: your voice when you enter dimensions by voice in Room LiDAR (it may be processed on Apple's servers).
- When you choose to send: a submission PDF or photos made from the Submission camera list (with or without the board, board contents, and shooting dates; no hidden location record is included, though an address typed on the board appears as text). A file sent with “Send room” via AirDrop, LINE, email, etc. (.shigotoroom) contains the room's shape, dimensions, drawings, name, notes, and attached documents. It does not include the measured place or address. Once sent, it is handled under the rules of that app or service.
- Your own iCloud (Apple): a PDF made with “Create a PDF link”, and photos in a link you create in the Photos app through “Create a link in Photos”. Anyone with the link can view them. Apple decides how long a link lasts. You choose who receives the link by text message or other means.
- When communicating, the other party receives general information such as your IP address and device type.
5. How location is handled
- When Shigotonin App is not installed, location is not used. Even with Shigotonin App, location is read only while you use the App, once when you open a camera or Room LiDAR and when a photo or room is saved, and then it stops. The App never tracks your location in the background
- Photos saved to the Photos app do not contain location.
- However, an address you type on the board appears in the photo as text.
6. Deleting information
- Photos and videos saved to the Photos app can be deleted in the Photos app.
- What you wrote on the board can be cleared with “Clear what you wrote” on the “Write the board” screen. Photos in the Submission camera list can be removed one by one with “Remove this photo from the list”.
- Photos in the “Choose photos to send” box can be removed with × or “Remove all”.
- Deleting the App deletes the data inside the App (photos in the Photos app and items handed to Shigotonin App remain).
- PDFs placed in iCloud are cleaned up the next time you create a link after they expire. They may remain in iCloud after you delete the App; remove them from storage management in your iPhone’s iCloud settings. Links created in the Photos app follow the Photos app’s settings.
